Heinrich Klaasen Loses His Temper After Sanju Samson’s Stunning Stumping

During a crucial match between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at Chepauk, Sanju Samson’s quick hands led to the dismissal of SRH batter Heinrich Klaasen, in a style reminiscent of the legendary MS Dhoni.

The Incident

Klaasen, who was batting well, missed his half-century by just three runs. He departed for a well-made 47 off 26, with his innings including six 4s and a couple of 6s. The incident occurred during the 15th over of the second innings, when CSK’s overseas spinner Noor Ahmed changed his angle and delivered a googly coming from over the wicket.

Klaasen attempted to play an inside-out stroke but missed the ball by a few inches. As he tried to make the shot, his back foot went slightly out of the crease, and Sanju Samson wasted no time in dislodging the bails, catching Klaasen out by just a few millimeters.

A Crucial Moment

This moment could prove to be a match-turning point, as Klaasen’s wicket was crucial for SRH at that stage of the game. The South African middle-order batter’s temperament was put to the test after the stunning stumping, and it will be interesting to see how the match unfolds from here.
